This web site had been developed by Bidsonline, a specialist auction software company, to enable wool brokers to list their gower's wool for auction. These auctions are ascending auctions with complete transaparency. Buyers, brokers and growers are welcome to watch the auctions, however only buyers with an AWEX EDI code are allowed to bid. All bids show the AWEX EDI code of the bidder. Auctions close in lot number order. Bidding is real-time, that is you do not have to refresh your page to see the latest bids.

During the development of this web site Bidsonline has worked closely with Aussie Wool Exports applying the auction system to the wool industry.
